Co-CEO/Co-Founder

Dr Uchenna is passionate about the nexus between law and business.  He holds a PhD in Law from Queen’s University Belfast, an LLM from Trinity College, a BA (Hons) Law from SETU, Carlow,  and a certificate from Saíd Business School, University of Oxford.  He is also an alumnus of Harvard and Cambridge.  He has taught European Union Constitutional Law and European Union Internal Market Law at Queen's University Belfast.  He has directed and advised a number of international companies, including non-profit organisations.  Dr Uche leverages his deep knowledge of law and strategic management to support local and international businesses and help them unlock their full potential. He provides unique insights and powerful solutions to complex issues and helps organisations avoid illegal practices, achieve regulatory compliance, growth, and sustainability.

Dr. Chizoba Okafor brings a unique blend of expertise with a Master's in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship from the University of Bradford and the National College of Ireland, along with a Ph.D. in Business Administration. She is also an alumnus of Cambridge University. With 7 years of experience teaching Leadership, Corporate Governance, and Entrepreneurship at the university level, Dr. Chizoba has empowered young entrepreneurs across the globe. Her commitment to selfless service is reflected in her role as a Board Director at the Baydolye Family Resource Centre, where she contributes to community development. Immersed in a passion for people and business, Dr. Chizoba has successfully guided numerous organizations in optimizing their entrepreneurial growth and HR functions. Her extensive knowledge, strategic mindset, and hands-on experience make her a trusted advisor in delivering the best results. She is also deeply dedicated to sustainability, incorporating sustainable practices into both business and community development. Through her work, she aims to create long-lasting positive impacts, aligning with global sustainability goals and ensuring that organizations and communities thrive responsibly.

Savia is a top legal professional with a comprehensive background in both law and business. She holds a BA LLB (Hons) from Panjab University, India, where she completed an intensive five-year programme. During her studies, she developed a profound understanding of various legal domains. She is pursuing an LLM in International Commercial and Business Law at Queen’s University Belfast. Savia’s academic pursuits reflect her keen interest in competition law and the intersection of artificial intelligence and legal frameworks, demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of legal innovation. She has cultivated a deep understanding of the fintech sector's legal intricacies and strategic considerations. Sustainability Contracts Specialist

Anuj Mahesh Shingavi is an experienced legal professional with nearly six years of expertise in corporate, environmental, and real estate law. Holding an LLM in International Commercial and Business Law from Queen’s University Belfast, Anuj combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience in delivering tailored legal solutions for sustainability-focused initiatives. Throughout his career, Anuj has excelled in managing complex contracts, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal advisory roles. His work spans assisting startups in navigating legal frameworks, licensing, and operational challenges, while promoting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. With a keen focus on aligning legal strategies with sustainability goals, Anuj is dedicated to fostering innovative solutions that balance growth with environmental responsibility. His expertise and meticulous approach ensure impactful contributions to organizations advancing sustainable business practices.

Global Legal and Regulatory Strategist

Leticia has a comprehensive background in both law and corporate world. She holds an BA from Sao Judas Tadeu University, São Paulo, Brazil, where she successfully completed an in-depth five-year program. During her studies, she developed a profound understanding of various legal domains. She also holds an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Independent College Dublin. Leticia has over seven years of experience working in law firms, handling corporate clients and legal processes such as commercial contract drafting and negotiation, tax management, and addressing tax evasion crimes. She has developed a profound understanding of legal complexities and strategic nuances within the Fintech sector. Committed to advancing organizational goals, she ensures rigorous legal compliance while promoting growth and long-term sustainability. Her dedication to excellence and her passion for continuous learning position her as a reliable and dynamic Strategist.

AI and Innovation Specialist

Mariana is a seasoned AI and Innovation Strategist with over six years of experience in business intelligence analysis, project management, marketing, and data analytics. She specializes in process optimization, AI-driven analytics, and strategic innovation, helping businesses harness technology for sustainable growth. She holds an MSc in AI for Business from the National College of Ireland, an MBA in Project Management, and a BSc in Marketing from UNOPAR, Brazil, along with an Associate Degree in Artificial Intelligence with Python from Harvard University. Mariana has successfully led business transformation projects, advised startups and enterprises, and consulted for the Federal Government of Brazil. With a track record of supporting over 960 entrepreneurs in optimizing operations, she brings multi-industry expertise to AI-driven decision-making, conversion optimization, and sales forecasting. Fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, Mariana works across global markets to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. Her approach emphasizes sustainable computing strategies and environmentally responsible frameworks.
