Role Overview

We are seeking two creative, result-driven Digital Marketers to promote Hopeland's products and services across various channels. This role is ideal for a fresh or early-career professional who wants a hands-on marketing experience while contributing to meaningful business growth and positive social impact.

Key Responsibilities

•    Promote Hopeland’s products and services on LinkedIn, events, and other relevant channels.
•    Create targeted campaigns to showcase our consultancy services in sustainability, legal advisory, procurement, and renewable energy transition.
•    Develop and post engaging content (images, videos, infographics, case studies) highlighting our work and client success stories.
•    Engage with potential clients by responding to inquiries, commenting on relevant posts, and joining industry conversations.
•    Run email outreach campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage past contacts.
•     Optimise Hopeland’s various platforms for higher visibility and brand impact.
•    Monitor competitor activity to identify market trends and opportunities.
•    Use various tools to track engagement and campaign performance.
•    Assist in preparing event promotion materials for trade shows, webinars, and sustainability conferences.
•    Build and maintain a digital contact list for ongoing marketing efforts.
•    Collaborate with the leadership team to brainstorm creative, low-cost promotional strategies.
•     Identify and connect with decision-makers in target industries.

 Candidates Requirements

•    Holds a Bachelor’s degree in    Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
•    Has 0–2 years’ experience — fresh graduates and early-career candidates encouraged to apply.
•    Understands social media marketing.
•    Is creative, self-motivated, and results-driven
