Clients must provide complete and truthful information to enable effective service delivery.
2. Confidentiality
All client information will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for consultancy-related purposes.
3. Payment Terms
Fees for services must be paid according to the terms agreed during the initial consultation or as outlined in your individual service agreement.
4. Advisory Nature of Services
We offer strategic guidance and expert recommendations. Clients are solely responsible for execution, compliance implementation, and any resulting business outcomes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hopeland Consultancy Ltd, its employees, and representatives are not liable for business outcomes resulting from client decisions based on our recommendations.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be addressed through arbitration as a first step. The Laws of Ireland, as interpreted by Irish courts, shall govern all legal matters.
7. Client Obligations
Clients must promptly notify us of any relevant changes to their business circumstances that may affect the consultancy process.
8. Right to Withdraw (Cooling-Off Period)
Clients have the right to withdraw from the purchase of services within 14 days of contract formation. If services begin during this period, clients may be required to pay proportionately for work completed up to the point of withdrawal.
9. Acknowledging These Terms
Please review these terms carefully before engaging our services. By booking a session, signing an agreement, or beginning any engagement with Hopeland Consultancy Ltd, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
10. Official Communications
All formal communications, including withdrawal notices, must be sent to [email protected] unless otherwise specified in writing.
11. Region-Specific Engagements
Additional terms may apply for region-specific services where local legal or regulatory frameworks require specific provisions. These will be outlined separately as needed.
12. Amendments to Terms
If these terms change, clients will receive at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of our services after that time constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
