Terms of Service
Welcome to Hopeland Consultancy's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
-
Clients must provide accurate and complete information for effective service delivery.
-
All client information will be treated as confidential and used solely for consultancy purposes.
-
Payments for services must be made according to the terms agreed upon during the initial consultation.
-
Consultancy services are advisory in nature, and the final decision rests with the client.
-
Hopeland Consultancy, its employees, or its representatives are not liable for any business outcomes based on our recommendations.
-
Any disputes shall be addressed through arbitration before seeking legal remedies. The Laws of Ireland, interpreted and applied by any competent Irish courts, shall govern the legal relations.
-
Clients must notify us of any changes to their business that may affect the consultancy process.
-
Customers have the right by Law to withdraw the purchase of services within 14 days ("cooling off period") after the conclusion of the contract. When a customer requests to commence the performance of service during the cooling-off period, customers may be required to pay an amount in proportion to the service provided until they have communicated to Hopeland Consultancy Ltd about their withdrawal from the contract, in comparison to the full coverage of the contract.
- If the terms change, customers will be given at least 30 days' notice, and the new terms will be effective after such notice period. Continous use of our services will indicate your acceptance of the new terms.
By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
